There are days when I'm scrolling through Social Media, trying to block out the noise of my children arguing, waiting for the next load of washing to be finished.

I see a lot of women writing that they don't feel pretty, or don't think they are good enough, and life is just not going the way they hoped it would. Perhaps they aren't doing the things they love in life because they're scared of failure?

I look at these women’s pictures, and see that they are beautiful. I see that they are busy mums who don't get time for themselves, or haven't been given the chance to flourish - to have their dream career, or just simply, do the things they love to do in their spare time.

I see women who put family before herself, who don’t hesitate to go without, so her family are happy. My heart hurts that they don't realise they are an amazing mum, hardworking, an incredible woman!

Too many women are putting themselves down and picking at their flaws, flaws that I can't see, and their family and friends don't see either.

These women are incredible people, that if, for just a moment they chose to believe in themselves, that when they look in the mirror they see just how beautiful and amazing they actually are, instead of seeing their perceived flaws, they might just realise that things aren't how they see themselves.

It's just those little voices (that we all have nagging at us) that drop by unannounced and try to convince us that we aren't good enough, and stop us from believing we can do ANYTHING! We can be ANYTHING!

We aren't just Mums, Wives, Stepmothers and Daughters. We are Strong, Beautiful, Independent, Smoking Hot Queens!!

We deserve to be happy, and to be able to look in the mirror and believe that we can do anything, and make anything happen.

It takes just one person to believe in you for you to start believing in yourself, for you to see that you can do this.

You can start your dream career, you can take up that hobby, you can push yourself out of your comfort zone and try something new.

Go buy that dress you've been eyeing off at the shop, it will make you feel incredible and help you to see that you’re worth so much more than you believe!

We are our own toughest critics, but we are also the one person that can change our perception of ourselves. We just need to start believing in US! Believe in yourself!!
