Pure Beauty Photography - Brand Ambassador Terms and conditions

​Please read carefully before submitting your application. By applying, you agree to these terms if selected as a Pure Beauty Brand Ambassador.

1. Program Term

• The Brand Ambassadorship runs from January 2026 (exact start date to be confirmed) until June 30th, 2026, unless terminated earlier.
• There is no automatic renewal at the end of the term.
• Ambassadors are welcome to reapply for future terms once the program reopens.

2. Administrative Fee

• A one-time, non-refundable $150 admin fee is required at the start of your term.
• This fee covers onboarding, branded apparel, and program administration.

3. Welcoming Shoot

• Ambassadors must schedule and attend their Welcoming Shoot within two (2) weeks of selection.
• Details:
  • Hair & makeup included
  • One outfit
  • 1-hour session
  • 26 edited digital images
• Scheduling is subject to studio availability; ambassadors must communicate promptly if adjustments are needed.

4. Group Shoot

• Ambassadors will participate in a Group Shoot during the ambassadorship term.
• This is a collaborative session with other Brand Ambassadors and may be used for marketing and social media content.

5. Ambassador Perks

• Exclusive branded apparel
• Early access to events and special shoots
• Boudie Coins for referrals:
  • $50 per client who books and completes a session
  • $100 bonus for every 5 referrals
• Featured on Pure Beauty social media

Notes: Perks cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

6. Image Use & Model Release

• Ambassadors must sign a full model release.
• Pure Beauty Photography retains full copyright to all images.
• Images may be used for social media, website, VIP group, print and online advertising, marketing campaigns, and studio materials.
• Ambassadors may not:
  • Edit, filter, crop, or alter images
  • Sell images or give them to third parties
  • Request removal of already-published images without covering associated costs

7. Content & Confidentiality

• Behind-the-scenes content may only be recorded or shared with prior permission from Pure Beauty Photography.
• Any private information shared by Pure Beauty or clients must remain strictly confidential and not be shared publicly or on social media.

8. Social Media & Posting

• Post a minimum of 1 Pure Beauty–related post per week
• Tag @purebeautyphotography and use #wearepurebeauty
• Engage with Pure Beauty posts and content
• Represent the brand positively and empower others
• Failure to meet posting or engagement expectations may result in termination

9. Community Engagement

• Actively participate in the Pure Beauty VIP group
• Comment, answer questions, and encourage other members
• Moderate the group if required
• Support women of all body types and help counter negative self-talk
• Attend events, meetings, or group shoots when reasonable notice is given

10. Conduct & Exclusivity

• Maintain respectful, professional behaviour online and offline
• Ambassadors may not participate in other boudoir photographer ambassador programs during the term
• Misconduct, harmful behaviour, or negative representation of Pure Beauty may result in immediate termination

11. Referrals

• Referrals must be genuine and mention the ambassador at booking
• Earn $50 Boudie Coins per referral that completes a session
• Bonus $100 Boudie Coins for every 5 referrals
• Credits can be used toward products or additional sessions
• Dishonest referrals (fake accounts, self-referrals, etc.) result in termination

12. Safety & Liability

• Follow studio guidelines and posing instructions
• Disclose relevant allergies, injuries, or limitations
• Pure Beauty is not liable for accidents, injuries, or incidents during sessions or events

13. Scheduling & Attendance

• Attend all scheduled shoots, sessions, and events or provide timely notice for rescheduling
• Failure to attend without notice may result in removal
• Guests at sessions are not permitted unless pre-approved

14. Termination & Withdrawal

• Pure Beauty may terminate the ambassadorship at any time for:
  • Failure to meet posting, engagement, or attendance requirements
  • Misconduct, negative behaviour, or damaging brand reputation
  • Breach of exclusivity
  • Misuse of images or brand materials
• Ambassadors who voluntarily withdraw forfeit all sessions, perks, and credits earned to date. The $150 admin fee is non-refundable.

15. Agreement
​By submitting your application, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understand these Terms & Conditions
• Agree to actively participate, promote the brand, and represent Pure Beauty with integrity
• Understand the Welcoming Shoot must be scheduled within two weeks of selection
• Understand there is no automatic renewal, but ambassadors may reapply for future terms
